Payment method (PayNow/bank transfer), payment history and receipts. Note: We do NOT store full bank account or credit card details.

3.1 Primary Purposes

• Deliver tuition services and APEX AI support
• Track academic progress and tailor instruction
• Schedule sessions and send reminders
• Process payments
• Communicate important updates

• Analyze APEX interactions to improve AI accuracy

• Anthropic/Claude API: APEX queries processed by Claude AI. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Telegram: APEX delivered via Telegram. Subject to Telegram's privacy policy.

4.2 We DO NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share your data for marketing purposes
• Disclose academic performance publicly without consent

5. Data Retention

• Active Students: All data retained while enrolled
• Academic records: 2 years (for reference/portfolio)
• Financial records: 7 years (IRAS requirement)
• APEX conversation logs: 6 months
• Contact information: Deleted within 30 days after termination unless consent given

6. Data Security

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS, TLS)
• Password-protected systems
• Regular backups with encryption
• Access controls (only authorized personnel)

7. Your Rights (PDPA)

Under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data

APEX queries processed by Anthropic (US-based). By using APEX, you consent to this transfer. Anthropic complies with international data protection standards.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes posted on website and notified via email/Telegram. Significant changes will require re-confirmation of consent.
